Lynn is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Counselling and a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. She offers a grounded, calm environment where clients can slow down and find their bearings during life’s unfamiliar seasons. She specializes in working with self-aware individuals who feel stuck or exhausted by the effort of “being okay,” helping them bridge the gap between intellectual insight and lived experience through a collaborative, trauma-informed process.

Drawing from Polyvagal Theory, SFBT, CBT, and Narrative frameworks, Lynn focuses on moving from the “why” to provide practical tools that expand a person’s internal capacity. She has a particular heart for supporting those navigating significant life transitions, cross-cultural moves, and the search for belonging.

As a Master’s practicum student, Lynn receives input and feedback from her clinical supervisor on all her work.

Beth works with people ready to lay down a weight they’ve been carrying, those who want to slow down but don’t know how, or who are tired of doing all the right things without feeling fulfilled.

She brings 20 years of experience as a nurse in psychiatry, addictions, and community work, along with Co-Active coaching training and a practice informed by polyvagal theory and IFS. Her approach is strengths-based, collaborative, and reflective, blending clinical depth with practical, embodied tools.

Beth is not afraid of the heavy thing; grief that has no timeline, loss that changes everything, or a life that doesn’t feel like it fits anymore. She helps clients get clear on what they’re actually feeling, make space to hear what could be next, and work through what’s been standing in their way, so they can build a life they actually want to be present in.

Beth offers one-on-one sessions for individuals aged 18 and older, as well as group and team coaching for organizations and workplaces.
