Psychotherapy
We offer 1 on 1 therapy sessions to help people struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, addictions, trauma, anger, emotion regulation, motivation, self-confidence, grief, interpersonal challenges, life decisions and goals.
We take a holistic approach to wellness, factoring in mental and physical health, life balance and relationships. We take a collaborative approach and work to build skills with clients to promote long-term health and stability.
We offer non-judgmental inclusive counseling to all our clients. In addition we offer Christian counseling for those looking for a faith-based option.
50 mins sessions. In person, online or phone.
Coaching
We offer one-on-one coaching for people who want to make meaningful changes in their lives but may feel uncertain about where to begin. Coaching can support you in clarifying values and goals, navigating transitions, strengthening relationships, and building the confidence to move forward.
Our approach is collaborative and holistic, focusing on your well-being, life balance, and personal growth. Together, we work on practical steps that help you create a life that feels authentic and aligned with who you want to become.
Sessions are available in person or online. Coaching is offered for individuals aged 18 and older, as well as for groups and workplaces.
