Lynn is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Counselling and a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. She offers a grounded, calm environment where clients can slow down and find their bearings during life’s unfamiliar seasons. She specializes in working with self-aware individuals who feel stuck or exhausted by the effort of “being okay,” helping them bridge the gap between intellectual insight and lived experience through a collaborative, trauma-informed process.

Drawing from Polyvagal Theory, SFBT, CBT, and Narrative frameworks, Lynn focuses on moving from the “why” to provide practical tools that expand a person’s internal capacity. She has a particular heart for supporting those navigating significant life transitions, cross-cultural moves, and the search for belonging.

As a Master’s practicum student, Lynn receives input and feedback from her clinical supervisor on all her work.
