Lynn is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Counselling and a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. She has a wealth of life experience and knowledge gained from working in non-profits, education, ministry and living in a diverse range of cultures. Combining compassion with hope, she guides individuals through self-exploration, leading to a deeper understanding and a powerful reframe of their personal story. Lynn has a special interest in faith based counselling and in supporting people who are new to Canada, while maintaining a welcoming practice for anyone seeking care.
Her approach is client-centred and trauma-informed, offering a safe non-judgmental space where individuals can examine and process their thoughts, feelings and experiences. Lynn supports people with change and transition challenges, stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
